If your player missed the tryouts for our Fall 2018 / Spring 2018 travel teams, please contact directorofcoaching@ayso324.org to find out if there are any openings in your player's age group and to arrange an evaluation.

Please read through the steps below, even if you have registered using this system in the past.

Families of players -- here are the steps to follow:
  1. If you are new, sign yourself up as a user of the system.  
    If you registered in past years, please use the same account. Please do not open a brand new account for your family. Use "Forgot password/username" if you need to.
  2. Register each of your players.
  3. Once invited to join a team, you will need to complete the following steps:
  4. Enter the registration code (sent with your invitation to join a team or provided by your coach if returning).
  5. Select the age group and team name.
  6. Upload a player photo. The photo is required for the player's laminated pass produced by the league, which allows the player to participate in games. If you do not do this initially, you will need to log back in at a later date to do this..
  7. Check out and pay by credit card.
  8. If you did this correctly, you will get an email receipt, confirming your registration.
  9. For new players, you will need to send your coach proof of age when your coach asks (email a copy of birth certificate or passport).
  10. For new players, you will need to order a uniform. Your coach will provide instructions.
Coaches and assistant coaches -- here are the steps to follow:

Registering is critical and you must do it EVERY YEAR.
This is how we know you are coaching in a given year, how you get a coaching pass, and how you get communications from the club

  1. Use your family account to register as a coach (the same one where you registered your player). If you registered in past years, use the same account. Please do not open a brand new account. Use "Forgot password/username" if you need to.
  2. Register yourself as the position you will fill: coach, assistant coach, etc. A team can only have one head coach (coach). You will need the same registration code your player used.
  3. Select the age group and team.
  4. Upload your photo. The photo is required for your laminated coaching pass produced by the league, which allows you to coach games. If you do not do this initially, you will need to log back in at a later date to do this.
  5. Check out - no payment required but you still need to transact and complete the shopping cart process.
  6. If you did this correctly, you will get an email receipt, confirming your registration, with instructions about coach requirements.
  7. For new coaches, you will need to take care of all the requirements listed  -- background check, online safety course, WYSL coach orientation course, USC course for the age group you coach.
  8. For returning coaches, required every two years = background check, online safety course. Required one time only = WYSL coach orientation. Required as needed: USC course for each age group you coach.
